Atsushi Terada - President and Senior Consultant  (Since 1987)
Atsushi is a management consultant in facility management, productivity improvement, Total Productive Maintenance, production control, plant planning, quality improvement, ISO9000, ISO14000, cost management, and R&D management.  His experience includes the automobile and parts manufacturing, steel, semiconductor, electric appliance, ceramic, concrete product, cylinder, data processing, LAN engineering, elevator, and commercial refrigerator industries.

Masaaki Takahara - Vice President and Senior Consultant  (Since 1989)
Masaaki is a management consultant in business process reengineering, strategic planning and breakdowns (Hoshin-Kanri, management system design and training, TPM, customer service function, sales strategy and management, problem solving, marketing and organization development.  His experience includes the mobile phone, food and grocery, garment, insurance, automotive and parts manufacturing, marine vessel operator education, copy center, testing, electric appliance, data processing, steel, aluminum, paper, chemical, and boiler manufacturing industries.
