BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING
Business Process Engineering (BPR) is an integrated restructuring operation that spans departments and even enterprises. We frequently receive an inquiry indicating that a business strategy to realize customer satisfaction and competitive advantage has been created, but it has not been possible to change the operations that support the strategy.
Making new divisions in the work processes, scope and units from a strategic point of view make it possible to separate what is and is not required. The newly divided processes, scope and units are recombined according to the objectives, thereby clarifying the values to be provided, resulting in greater speed and cost savings.
In BPR, we reform work processes by determining the Business System Unit (BSU), recognizing the differences in the Key Factors for Success (KFS). We also strongly support the deployment of goals, in which the operations and CS are linked to the goals of reforming the work process, the utilization of the standard database and the development of measures from three aspects, namely, the reorganization of functions, the work/information system and the reform of human resources.
Revitalizing Organizational Functions
Innovating Work process
Redesigning Workflow
Streamlining Administrative Overhead/Operations
Introduction of Shared Services
Rebuilding of information visualization
Informatization of Work Support (such as SFA)
Concurrent Realization of CS and Productivity Improvement
